Conditions of Use of any Contract or material from Computalaw's Website

When you choose to purchase the license to use any legal Contract, form or other copyright material from the Computalaw website, you agree to the following conditions of use:
  • The contents of the Website, together with the legal Contracts, Forms, Explanatory Notes, long and short descriptions, Explanatory Notes and any notes for guidance are the copyright of Computalaw Ltd 1984-2017 or such other content provider as will be named on the material ("Provider"). Computalaw’s or such Provider’s copyright information must remain on all reproductions of the Contract, form or material. If you make any significant amendments to the Contract or form you may change "Copyright Computalaw/[Provider] " (which appears as the footer to each page) in either case to "Source: Computalaw.com ".

  • When you purchase the license to use any legal Contract, form or other copyright material from the Computalaw website, you may store and use the Contract, form and Explanatory Note which accompanies the Contract or form for your own personal use and research or that of your firm or company. If you are a law firm, you may make the Contract or form available to specific clients who require such a Contract or Form PROVIDED it is not made generally available in hard copy or electronically (directly or indirectly) via your firm's newsletter, website or the website of any party or organisation with whom you may be involved in any way and PROVIDED you comply strictly with these Conditions of use, including but not limited to Condition 1 above.

  • You may not republish, retransmit, redistribute or otherwise make any legal Contract, form, Explanatory Note or other material available to any other party or make the same available on any website, on-line service or bulletin board of your own or any other party or make the same available in hard copy or on any other media without Computalaw's express prior written consent.

  • Nothing in any legal Contract, form or Explanatory Note constitutes legal advice, nor does the transmission, downloading or sending of the Contract, form or of any other information create an attorney-client or attorney-attorney relationship.   • Neither Computalaw nor any Provider accepts any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage suffered by any user of any Contract, Form or any information downloaded or obtained from the Website.
