Description
In order to attempt to exclude liability for the material contained in hardcopy manuals, instructions, advisory material or textbooks on any subject, the author often inserts a disclaimer similar to the example given in this contract.
The disclaimer should be inserted at the front of the hardcopy material so that it is brought to the reader’s attention at the outset.
How enforceable such disclaimers are varies considerably from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
